Pecatonica Beer & Cheese Dip


16 oz. cream cheese
1 ½ - 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 ½ - 2 cups grated brick cheese
3 garlic cloves, minced
Tony Chachere’s Original Creole Seasoning
8 oz.Pecatonica Beer Company Muskelager beer


Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium size bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheeses, and garlic.
Pour 8 0z. Muskelager into the same bowl, and drink the rest of the beer yourself while carefully stirring the mixture. Add a couple generous shakes of creole seasoning to taste.
Pour into a baking dish, a skillet works nicely for this, and bake uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes until bubbly and the top is nice and golden brown.
Serve this dip warm or at room temperature along with soft pretzels and sliced sausages for dipping. Share the remaining 6-pack of Muskelager with your friends on game day!
