*2 cups thinly sliced cabbage
*1 cup small carrot strips
*1 Tbsp Oilerie® Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
*2 Tbsp Oilerie® White Balsamic Vinegar
*Freshly ground black pepper
Directions1. In a salad bowl, combine cabbage and carrots.
2. Add olive oil and balsamic vinegar and toss to combine. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
