Pulled Pork Sandwich

Roth Prairie Sunset 6 oz
Cole Slaw 6 oz
Buns 6 ea
Pork Shoulder Roast 5 #
Can Beer 1 ea
Honey 1 c 8 oz
Soy Sauce .25 c 4 oz


Pre-Service Prep:
Place pork, honey, beer and soy in a slow cooker (crock pot) and cook on low until meat falls off the bone (on low, approximately 6 -8 hours).
Shred pork with a fork.
This can be done several days in advance
Slice Prairie Sunset very thin.

Assembly for Service
Reheat pork if made in advance.
Cut buns in half.
Place some pork on each bun
Top with cheese and then cole slaw.
Serve with a smile!

Yield: 4 – 6 sandwiches
