PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE




Ingredients

Cheesecake Batter 16 cups
Cinnamon 3 Tbs
Nutmeg 2 Tbs
Canned Pumpkin (29 oz) 1 can

Graham Cracker Crust
(JIS Standard) 1 ea
Nutmeg 1 Tsp
Cinnamon 2 Tbs

Directions

Add Canned pumpkin to Cheesecake batter along with Cinnamon and Nutmeg, mix. Make Standard JIS Graham Cracker Crust, adding Nutmeg and Cinnamon. Recipe Makes two complete cakes.
Follow JIS standard baking procedures for Cheesecake to complete.
