1 teaspoon vegetable oil
2x 10-inch tortillas
½ cup red pepper, thinly sliced
½ cup green onions, thinly sliced
1 cup White Jasmine Cilantro Gouda, grated


In a heavy frying pan, add a teaspoon of vegetable oil. Place a tortilla and top it with red peppers, green onions and Cilantro gouda. Place the second tortilla on top. Let the bottom tortilla get slightly crisp and turn it over. Let the other side get golden brown and crisp. Serve with salsa and sour cream.
