Stuffed Mushrooms


2 packs Rinsed Whole Baby Bella Mushrooms
1 lb package uncooked ground breakfast sausage (mild or hot)
1 8oz package Cream Cheese
Smoked Paprika for garnish(optional)


Step 1. Brown and cook sausage completely and strain any excess grease.
On low heat, combine cream cheese and sausage until cream cheese is completely incorporated.

Step. 2 Let mixture cool for ease stuffing the mushrooms. While cooling, remove stems and clean inside ribbing of Mushrooms if you want to have a cleaner texture.

Ste.p 3 Fill just to the top of Mushrooms with mixture.

Step. 4 Convection: Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes
Conventional: Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes
