Sun Dried Tomato Cheese Ball


8 oz. Cream Cheese slightly softened
1 Tbsp. Butter slightly softened (unsalted)
1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1/4 Cup Sour cream
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. Balsamic Oil
1/8 tsp. Black pepper
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Red Chili Flakes
1 Tbsp. Basil Chopped (fresh not dry)
4 Tbsp. Sun Dried Tomatoes
3/4 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs


In a mixing bowl mix together cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, sun dried tomatoes, both oils, chili flakes, salt and pepper. Mix everything until well incorporated. Form mixture into a round ball set to the side. In a small bowl mix breadcrumbs and basil together. Roll cheese ball in breadcrumb mixture. Wrap cheese ball in plastic wrap. Refrigerate until firm. Serve with crackers or make mini balls and stick on the ends of pretzels rods.
