2 slices soft Rye Bread
2 teaspoons butter
2 slices of White Jasmine Cilantro Gouda
3 slices Roma tomatoes
Butter both slices of bread. Heat a heavy based frying pan. Place the bread in the frying pan, buttered side down. Place the cheese and tomatoes on the slice, place the second slice on top, buttered slice up. Let everything cook for 2-3 minutes and then flip the sandwich. Let this side turn golden brown. Take the sandwich out when both sides are golden brown and cheese has melted.
