Tzatziki sauce




Ingredients

1 cup seedless cucumber, diced
1 ½ cups Odyssey Greek Yogurt (non-fat or 2%)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Tony Chachere’s Original Creole Seasoning
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
4 ounces Odyssey Feta Cheese

Directions

In a small bowl, combine all of the ingredients, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve
Serve with Lemon Greek Skewers, and top with Odyssey Feta Cheese
