Frank Kaminsky sends message to Lily Lachman

MADISON, Wis. (WMTV)---Frank Kaminsky was supposed to meet Lily Lachman, who recently had a heart transplant, at his youth camp on Thursday.
Lachman and her mother had some travel issues which prevented the meeting.
However, Kaminsky recorded a special message for Lily.
