2 Madison men arrested following drug investigation

A tussle over crab legs led to arrests in Huntsville, AL

MADISON, Wis. (WMTV)-- Two Madison men were arrested Friday morning for delivery of heroin following a probe by the Dane County Narcotics Task Force.

50-year-old Ronald Reed was pulled over near the intersection of Mineral Point Road and Yellowstone Drive. According to the Madison Police Department, more than $6,000 was found in the car. Investigators believe Reed was on his way to Chicago to purchase heroin.

Reed is also charged for maintaining a drug trafficking place out of his Dunraven Court apartment after authorities found digital scales and drug packaging in his home.

53-year-old Martin Armendariz was pulled over in a separate traffic stop for delivery of heroin.
