Beaver Dam craftsmen make toys to raise money for senior center

MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - In Beaver Dam a special group of men are using their woodworking skills to bring smiles to the community.

These skilled craftsman say what they are making are gifts, and they're worth more to them than any other project they've done all year.

A train engine is the first piece of five piece set parade-goers can collect each year until the year 2022. They also build banks and sell them.

The great thing about these is that the proceeds go to offset community program costs at the Beaver Dam Senior Center.
