McFarland home 'significantly damaged' after car crash

MCFARLAND, Wis. (WMTV)-- A McFarland home was significantly damaged Wednesday after a car crashed into it.

A car crashed into a McFarland home on Oct. 23, 2019.

According to Dane County Communications, they received a call for a car into a home at 11:15 a.m. The home is located on the 5400 block of North Pass.

Authorities said an elderly woman was backing out of her driveway when she said her gas pedal got stuck. She ended up crashing into her neighbor's house across from her.

A homeowner and their dog were inside the house at the time of the crash. No one was injured.

Authorities said the home was 'significantly damaged' and are unsure when it can be occupied.
