CLINTON, Wis. (WMTV) -- A Clinton police lieutenant confirmed with NBC15 that a 17-year-old Clinton High School student was arrested twice last week.
Lt. Rick Sears says Josue Espinoza was arrested on Tuesday for sharing a video on Snapchat of a 16-year-old autistic student using a urinal with his pants down in the mens bathroom. Sears says the school found out
after around 30 students reported the incident to school officials, which lead the school to call police.
According to the criminal complaint, after Espinoza was released, he posted posted a threatening message on social media directed at other students. Sears said Espinoza was arrested again on Friday and charged with felony intimidation of a witness.
Espinoza had his initial appearance in court on March 25 and was released on a $4,000 signature bond.
