Madison police officer gets dirty to help find veteran's missing wallet

MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) -- One Madison police officer had to get a little dirty to help find a veteran's missing wallet.

According to a department Facebook post, Officer Buccellato had been conducting an investigation on a theft case for about a week, after a veteran had his wallet stolen.

Buccellato arrested a suspect and got the wallet back - but had to dig through the trash to find it.
