OREGON, Wis. (WMTV) -- Emergency crews from across Wisconsin held their very own hockey tournament in Oregon this weekend.

The competition consisted of eight teams from Madison, Milwuakee, Janesville and Waukegan fire and police departments. This was the second year the tournament was held.

Players said it started with Madison Police wanting to play more hockey so they decided to run a tournament.

Proceeds raised from the tournament will go to the Madison Community Policing Foundation.
