UPDATE: State, City Websites Back Up After Early Morning Outage

UPDATED: Thursday, October 4, 2012 -- 7:10 a.m.

The State agency websites and the City of Madison websites are back up and running. State Patrol tells NBC15 the patrol site came back up some time after 7:40 a.m.

Several websites were down for several hours overtime because of a server issue. Those include those for the State's Department of Transportation, Wisconsin.gov, the Wisconsin Circuit Court, and the State Patrol.

State Patrol tells NBC15 that a server problem has caused several state agency websites to go down.

Those include those for the State's Department of Transportation, Wisconsin.gov, the Wisconsin Circuit Court, and the State Patrol. Those websites along with the City of Madison websites have been down for several hours.

Several state agency websites are currently down along with the City of Madison websites.

Websites for the city of Madison, the State's Department of Transportation, Wisconsin.gov, the Wisconsin Circuit Court, and even the State Patrol have all been down for several hours.

NBC15 spoke to officials at the State Patrol, Madison Police and Dane County dispatchers a short time ago and they all weren't sure what was causing the problem.
