UPDATE: One person shot at East Towne Mall; Mall reopens

Police say East Towne mall has reopened. It will close at 11 p.m. tonight.

UPDATED Saturday, December 19, 2015 --- 4:38 p.m.

MADISON, Wis. --- Madison Police say one person was shot in the leg during a disturbance inside East Towne Mall. That disturbance was reported at 2:50 p.m. Saturday.

Officials say East Towne Mall is closed while they process the scene. Witnesses say several young men were involved in a disturbance in the middle of the mall.

Police say one person pulled out a handgun and fired at least one round. A bullet struck a 19-year-old who was part of the initial dispute. He was taken to a hospital with a non life-threatening wound.

Officers have cleared the mall, looking for a suspect, but at this time no suspect has been located.

UPDATE 4:25 p.m.:

Victim at East Towne Mall was shot in leg, has non-life threatening injury. Another hit by ricochet, but not hurt.
UPDATE 4:01 p.m.:

East Towne Mall has been declared secure as of 3:39 p.m.

At least one person was shot, and taken out of the mall on a stretcher.
