APRIL 6, 2020 5:00 a.m. THE NBC15 WEATHER AUTHORITY FORECAST FROM METEOROLOGIST CHARLIE SHORTINO: WEATHER IMPACT TODAY IS LOW (1) DUE TO SHOWERS. A warm front will edge in from the south today. Ahead of the front we will see some morning sunshine with a few scattered light showers in the afternoon. After the warm front moves through, very mild air will fill in for Tuesday. A few more showers will accompany the front Wednesday afternoon and night.

Hot, humid week expected

Good Monday morning! Hopefully, you got a chance to get outside this weekend because the weather for the start of the workweek doesn't look nearly as nice. The heat, humidity and storm chances will quickly return.
