Mostly cloudy with temperature highs in the upper 60s

APRIL 7, 2020 5:00 a.m. THE NBC15 WEATHER AUTHORITY FORECAST FROM METEOROLOGIST CHARLIE SHORTINO: WEATHER IMPACT TODAY IS LOW (1) DUE TO SHOWERS. A warm front will edge in from the south today. This front will bring very mild temperatures to the region with highs today expected in the upper 60s to mid-70s. A few isolated showers are possible later today as well. A cold front will sweep through tonight and bring cooler temperatures to the area for Wednesday. Another cold front will move through Wednesday evening. Even cooler air is expected to fill in behind it. Highs by Thursday will only be in the 40s. Dry conditions are expected Thursday and Friday.

This morning is warm and muggy. Temperatures are in the upper 60s to near 70 degrees. Most of the area will stay dry through the morning hours. No major weather problems are expected to impact morning travelers.
