* Flood stage is 17.0 feet.

* Moderate flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.

* Forecast...The river will continue to fall to below flood stage Sunday afternoon.

* Impact...At 18.5 feet...Floodwaters affect River Shores Road about 3 miles upstream of Portage in the Town of Lewiston and River Oaks Road about 7 miles downstream of Portage in the Town of Dekorra in Columbia County. Water over Levee Rd, Wood St, and Tritz Rd. There is widespread flooding of roads in the Blackhawk Park Area including West Lake Road...Blackhawk Road and Wood Street. The Blackhawk Park area is on the south side of the river about 3 miles south of Portage. && River forecasts are available for some but not all river gaging locations. Water begins to go over the road at Copeland Park with some water into the ball parks. Water is near the bottom of the Pettibone Beach shelter and water is nearly over the road at Houska Park near the wastewater treatment plant. Water also begins to spread into Riverside Park. &&
